In certain circumstances, we are approached by our customers to collect information by phone calling through our call centers. We don’t always recommend this method for collecting data through call centers as this methodology has its imbedded challenges. However, there are always some clients whose project requirements are of such a nature that this method of collecting data is unavoidable.
